INEXPENSIVE DRESSING TABLE ORGANIZING HACKS! Attention Ladies! & Gents too if you are looking for gift ideas! When the pandemic came around and realization dawned that your home is your new 24/7 space, a lot of messy areas needed to now be cleaned out for peace of mind, free flowing thoughts and general blissfulness around the home. One such area was the dressing table in the bedroom! A place now seldom visited, but a spot so dear to me that I could not let it sit unattended. Plus, it adds to the pleasantness of my room, and thus had to be dressed up! We all have our basics on our dressing table, and I won't get into those items but I will link those at the bottom. What I do want to write about are some quirky items that help keep the dressing table looking neat, clean & classy! 1) Jewelry Dish   To be honest, before I got gifted a jewelry dish I was opposed to the idea of one. Kitchen Hacks You Wish You Knew Before! We all know the value of time! Moreover, some of us out there do not wish to spend more time in the kitchen, which makes this blog even more of a must read this weekend! I am going to share some items that I use in my kitchen that save my time and reduce my effort but lead to the expected result nevertheless. It is now that I wonder how I ever functioned without these items! So let's get right into it: 1) Vegetable Chopper    << Click me for product link This product might be something you know of and probably already use! It is a time saver, and also delivers finer results than manually chopping veggies. The reason I linked the Prestige chopper is because I have had mine since 2017 and it still works as fine as day one, and I strongly recommend this item! 2) Potato Bags   << Click me for product link This is an item that I recently purchased and could not recommend it more. 2 Player Board Games!

2 Player Bored Games! (Clickable links inserted) This quarantine would not be complete if it was not for the abundance of board games that I have indulged in over the years. I am writing this blog today aimed specifically at 2 player board games because I know, just like me, there might be many who are in lockdown with just their significant other and need creative ways of spending time together. This blog will also help parents looking for ways to get their kids to spend time together and not bringing down the house with ruckus.  The recommendations below come to you straight from experience, and I fully endorse these games because of how quick, competitive & fun they can be to spend time with your partner and are also kid friendly. Of course some of these games extend to more than just two players, and are a great buy for when things return to normal, or if you are a large family! I intend to write about multiplayer board games soon, and if you would like to hear m

WFH Desk Essentials! (Clickable links inserted) THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR RESPONSE TO MY FIRST BLOG POST! IT MOTIVATED TO QUICKLY POST MY SECOND ONE! 2020 came along and forced us all to re-design our home spaces as home offices. Some of the fortunate ones already had spacious office rooms in their homes, but nevertheless when you are forced to spend time professionally and personally in the same space it becomes essential to mark some boundaries, create a wholesome work environment and maximize your output when you have complete access to your bedroom at all times!  I know I had to re-purpose my dining space as my home office, and I put in a lot of thought in the set up. I knew that my productivity would take a hit if I just decided to lounge anywhere in the house with my laptop on my lap or a small table. Along with the regular office set up provided by my employer, I made my work desk my own by making sure these essentials were around me all the time. Let me share some of these essenti
